Quality Management Policy
The Quality and Environmental Management Policy established by Extrunorte demonstrates management's commitment to implementing the quality management requirements of NP EN ISO 9001, some of the requirements of NP EN ISO 14001, as well as customer requirements and other applicable legal requirements. All employees are trained and informed about the practices implemented and the necessary improvements underlying them.
Extrunorte is aware that it is through the satisfaction of its stakeholders, namely customers, employees, partners and suppliers, that it will achieve growth and visibility in the market.
The understanding and adequacy of the Policy, as well as the evolution and improvement of the Management System, are analyzed based on a set of objectives, which we set out to achieve:
- Continuously improving the effectiveness of Management Systems
- Fostering teamwork, motivation, satisfaction and commitment among our employees
- Promoting customer satisfaction and developing strategies for customer loyalty
- Optimize processes and resources
- Plan annual training and include more and more actions related to the environment
- Promote the protection of the environment and natural resources
- Separate the materials used in industrial transformation and manufacturing processes by type of mixture, allowing them to be reused
- Recycle 100% of the waste associated with production in order to use it again as raw material
- Establish partnerships with suppliers that comply with legal requirements and advocate environmental policies applied to their processes and products.
Extrunorte demonstrates the management's commitment to implementing the legal requirements in terms of environmental management.
The understanding and adequacy of the Policy, as well as the evolution and improvement of the Environmental Management System are analyzed based on a set of environmental performance objectives, which we set out to achieve, respectively:
- Managing solid waste sustainably, with an approach based on the 4R's principle: rethink, reduce (the use of raw materials, energy and waste at the generating sources), reuse products and recycle materials.
- Reduce Waste, Separate, Recycle and Reuse;
- Reduce energy consumption / CO2 emissions and water consumption
- Improving efficiency in environmental management
- Adopt the necessary measures to comply with environmental protection requirements
